OK, well this is just crazy! The only place this was posted was on Jimmy Kimmel's Tweeter page. I can find nothing on ABC or JKL homepage. I guess it isn't official yet since Jimmy tweeted that ABC has to come up with their really long list of rules and regulations. In the meantime, we can start creating our Lost Themed Haikus so we are ready.

The only thing that will suck about attending the Aloha to LOST taping is that it occurs before the airing of the season finale. SPOILERS GALORE!!! They will show 3 alternate endings. I am sure they will talk about the ending at length. From what I remember reading somewhere, it said that a few audience members will be chosen to see the finale early. However, now on the JKL website description of the event, it says the whole thing lasts for seven hours. I am thinking we would get to see the finale! I don't think the taping and pizza party could possibly last for 7 hours. They didn't seem to change the arrival time for audience members though. It is still at 1:30PM and taping is at 2PM. I am hoping the finale would be shown first, but it's doubtful! They would probably have to sequester the audience so there would be no spoiler leakage...LOL!... I wouldn't mind..as long as my Dr. Jack will be there. =)

The formula for a Haiku
The most basic form is based on the number of syllables and they do not rhyme:

5 syllables .......Lost on the island
7 syllables .......Now coming to the ending
7 syllables .......We will mourn our loss

I would have preferred a different style of poem. I personally like the ones that rhyme!

The following is an example of a limerick

The limerick packs laughs anatomical
In space that is quite economical,

But the good ones I've seen
So seldom are clean,

And the clean ones so seldom are comical.

My example...LOL!

There once was a mysterious island
Castaways hiked up to the highland,

Survival they have tried
And their time they will bide

Until the fruit on the trees has ripened.

OMG I am starting to feel sad!

I just listened to the blog from Jorge Garcia and pal on Geronimo Jack's Beard blog about the latest episode of LOST called The Recruit. Before the podcast began, he mentioned it was Evangeline Lilly's last day, his last day is Thursday, and Ben/Emerson's last day is tomorrow. OMG! I don't have any idea how I will react when the series is over. Hopefully I will be in LA at the Jimmy Kimmel Live Aloha to LOST show! Or..better yet.. if I don't get chosen, that's ok. Maybe I should be alone when I watch it. And.. what if we don't get to watch it first and the show just ruins the whole thing? IDK. I would hate to watch it in a large audience ... I think. IDK. More of my indecisiveness. No surprise there.

Lost is ending soon! Yikessssss!

I am totally freaking out! I am actually worried. Or scared???? LOST is almost over. After I see the ending, will I look at the episodes in the same way again? Will I still want to watch and rewatch old episodes? Maybe I should give this up and get back to my life. It is actually pretty consuming. Well, only because I let it be. It is a great escape and feels comforting for some reason. It is like I am spending time with people I know. I do feel like I know them. (Only their characters, not the actors..silly) Oh well, what ever happens, happens. I can't change it so I shouldn't dwell on it. Enjoy the ride! Then, get off the ride when it comes to a complete stop, and exit through the gate. I guess then I will be back in the park.

Why do people have to dis my favorite show?

Every time I go on a blog about LOST, there is always someone picking things apart and criticizing it. Geez! Let's see them write a show that is 6 seasons long and keeps up the suspense. Stop hatin!
